Please read this Privacy Policy to understand what Tesoro Refining & Marketing Company LLC (“Tesoro” or “we” or “us”) does with the personal information we collect both on this website at https://www.arco.com (the “Site”) and anywhere else we display or reference this Privacy Policy. Tesoro provides the Site and certain services, interfaces and functionality on or via the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
Personal information is information that directly or indirectly identifies you or can be used to identify you as an individual. This Privacy Policy outlines the personal information we collect, how we use and share that data, and your rights and choices with regard to personal information we collect. By using or interacting with the Services, you accept and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your interaction.

Collection of Personal Information from Children The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for an online account. Should we learn that someone under the age of 18 has provided any personal information through the Site or the Services, we will remove that information as soon as possible.
Right to Contact User We reserve the right to contact Site visitors regarding changes to this Privacy Policy or any other policies or agreements relevant to such visitors.
Right to Change Privacy Policy We reserve the right to modify or change this Privacy Policy at any time and may apply changes to previously collected information, as permitted by applicable law. Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site and we will indicate the last updated date of the changes. The revised Privacy Policy shall be effective upon posting. We are not responsible for the practices or contents of such third-party sites. Do-Not-Track & Third Party Tracking Disclosures: Some websites have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. The Site does not currently respond to browser-based “do not track” signals. For any written request please include “CCPA” in your notice. We do not discriminate against California consumers who exercise their rights under the CCPA. Verification Under California law, your request to know or delete your information must be verifiable. This means we will need to verify your identity before processing your request. If we cannot verify your request, we will not disclose or delete any personal information in response to your request.
In order to verify your identity, we need the following when you submit a request:
- Contact information (such as name, email, phone number, and address); and
- An indication of your prior contact with Tesoro (such as status as participation in a focus group or survey, prior contact with customer service, or other contact)
We do not discriminate against California consumers who exercise their rights under the CCPA.
You may submit a request to know or delete through an authorized agent. To process a request from an authorized agent, we will need one of the following:
- A copy of your signed permission authorizing the agent to make the request;
- That you verify your identity directly with us; or
- Direct confirmation that you provided the agent permission to submit the request
